Job Description

We run paid search for a DTC product brand and need a Google Ads Specialist with at least 3 years of experience and a proven track record managing budgets of $5,000/month or more. If you're still building toward that level, this isn't the right fit.

What you'll own:

  • Full campaign management across Search, Shopping, and Performance Max
  • Budget allocation and bid strategy across campaign types
  • Conversion tracking setup and maintenance via Google Tag Manager
  • Ongoing A/B testing of ad copy, landing pages, and audience segments
  • Weekly and monthly performance reporting with clear ROAS and CPA targets
  • Identifying scaling opportunities and flagging inefficiencies before they compound

We want to see proof of the budgets you've managed — ROAS achieved, CPA benchmarks hit, and ideally experience specific to DTC or product-based businesses. Shopping campaigns and Performance Max are a significant part of this role, so hands-on experience with both is expected. GA4 proficiency for tracking and attribution is non-negotiable.

Base compensation ranges from $1,200 to $1,700/month depending on experience, with performance bonuses tied to campaign results. The better the accounts perform, the more you earn. Apply with examples of campaigns you've managed, the budgets involved, and the results you drove.
