Job Description
We need someone who can handle both sides of performance marketing — tracking and paid media — without hand-holding. You’ll be working closely with a Digital Marketing Manager, helping improve campaign performance, reporting accuracy, and overall decision-making.
This role is part strategy, part execution. You should be just as comfortable inside Google Analytics as you are actively managing campaigns across ad platforms.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Owning GA4 setup, tracking, and ongoing analysis
- Managing and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Microsoft/Bing
- Supporting additional channels like LinkedIn or Reddit when needed
- Monitoring performance, spotting issues, and identifying opportunities
- Improving attribution and conversion tracking accuracy
- Building and maintaining internal reports and dashboards
- Assisting with budget allocation and performance recommendations
- Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager on execution and improvements
What you should already know:
- Strong, hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4)
- Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts
- Familiarity with Microsoft/Bing Ads
- Understanding of automated campaign types like Performance Max and Smart Bidding
- Ability to interpret data and make practical optimization decisions
- Comfort working across multiple accounts or campaigns at once
- Solid communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work during US timezone hours
- Experience using tools like Microsoft Office and Asana
Nice to have:
- Google Tag Manager experience
- Strong understanding of attribution and conversion tracking
- Funnel analysis and landing page insights
- Experience across multiple clients or in an agency setting
