Job Description

We need someone who can handle both sides of performance marketing — tracking and paid media — without hand-holding. You’ll be working closely with a Digital Marketing Manager, helping improve campaign performance, reporting accuracy, and overall decision-making.

This role is part strategy, part execution. You should be just as comfortable inside Google Analytics as you are actively managing campaigns across ad platforms.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Owning GA4 setup, tracking, and ongoing analysis
  • Managing and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Microsoft/Bing
  • Supporting additional channels like LinkedIn or Reddit when needed
  • Monitoring performance, spotting issues, and identifying opportunities
  • Improving attribution and conversion tracking accuracy
  • Building and maintaining internal reports and dashboards
  • Assisting with budget allocation and performance recommendations
  • Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager on execution and improvements

What you should already know:

  • Strong, hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4)
  • Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts
  • Familiarity with Microsoft/Bing Ads
  • Understanding of automated campaign types like Performance Max and Smart Bidding
  • Ability to interpret data and make practical optimization decisions
  • Comfort working across multiple accounts or campaigns at once
  • Solid communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work during US timezone hours
  • Experience using tools like Microsoft Office and Asana

Nice to have:

  • Google Tag Manager experience
  • Strong understanding of attribution and conversion tracking
  • Funnel analysis and landing page insights
  • Experience across multiple clients or in an agency setting
