Job Description

We run an online coaching business and our revenue depends on how well our marketing systems work behind the scenes. Ads and content bring people in — but it's the funnels, email sequences, and automation that convert them, retain them, and drive repeat purchases. That's what this role owns.

You'll be responsible for building and managing our marketing funnels end to end. That includes landing pages, lead magnet delivery, email welcome sequences, sales sequences, upsell flows, and re-engagement campaigns. You'll set up and maintain our email automation platform, segment our audience properly, and track funnel performance at every stage. When something isn't converting, you diagnose why and test a fix. When something is working, you look for ways to scale it.

Experience with email marketing and automation platforms — ActiveCampaign, ConvertKit, or similar — is expected. You should understand funnel logic and how to move someone from a cold lead to a paying customer through well-structured sequences. The ability to read analytics and translate data into decisions is essential. Experience in online education, coaching, or digital products is a strong advantage and will help you hit the ground running.
