Full-Stack Developer for Custom Platform (Build + Maintain)

I have a project I want to build properly from the start, and I’m looking for a developer who can take ownership of it with me.

This is not a template website or a quick build. The platform needs to be fully custom — with dynamic functionality, structured data, and user-facing dashboards that actually serve a purpose. There will also need to be backend logic and admin-level controls to manage everything efficiently.

I’m not expecting you to do everything the hard way. Using AI tools is completely fine if it helps you move faster or think through problems. What I don’t want is someone piecing things together without understanding how it works. The code needs to be solid, intentional, and maintainable.

The initial focus is getting the product built and launched. After that, I want to keep working together — improving features, fixing issues, and continuing development. This is meant to turn into a consistent, full-time role, not a one-off project.

I’m looking for someone who:

• Can handle both the logic behind the scenes and what users interact with
• Thinks in terms of systems, not just individual features
• Communicates clearly and works independently
• Cares about building something that will last
