Full-Stack Developer – CRM Build & Ownership

We're building an internal CRM from the ground up and need a developer who can take full ownership of it — from architecture and initial build through to ongoing maintenance and feature development. This isn't a spec-and-forget engagement. You'll be the person who knows this system inside and out.

The CRM will integrate directly with our existing database, so strong PostgreSQL skills and a solid understanding of data modeling are non-negotiable. On the frontend, you'll be building the interface in React with TypeScript — clean, functional, and built to last. The backend will be Node.js with a RESTful API layer that ties everything together.

We're looking for someone who has architected and shipped internal tools or data-heavy applications before and knows what it takes to keep them healthy over time. You should be comfortable making technical decisions independently, writing clean code without needing someone to review every line, and communicating clearly when tradeoffs need to be discussed.

The role starts with the build phase — you'll need to move fast without cutting corners. Once it's live, you'll own it: new features, bug fixes, and keeping the system running as our needs grow.
