Full Stack Developer - Coffee Platform

Build the Digital Backbone of a Coffee Brand

We are a passionate, direct-to-consumer specialty coffee roastery. Our mission is to deliver exceptional coffee experiences to subscribers nationwide. We are seeking a senior Full Stack Developer to build, maintain, and scale the custom web platform that powers our entire business—from subscription management to single-origin sales.

Technical Architecture & Development

You will be the lead developer for our core e-commerce and subscription platform.

• Architect, develop, and maintain our customer-facing website and admin dashboard, ensuring a fast, secure, and reliable experience.
• Build and optimize complex features like flexible coffee subscription logic, personalized customer accounts, and integrated payment processing.
• Implement and maintain connections between our frontend, backend, and third-party services (e.g., payment gateways, shipping APIs, email service providers).
• Ensure the platform is scalable to handle growth in traffic and order volume, with robust data integrity.
• Collaborate with the E-commerce Manager to translate business needs into technical solutions and new features.

Required Technical Expertise

• Minimum 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Strong proficiency in a modern stack (e.g., React/Next.js/Vue for frontend; Node.js/Python/Ruby for backend).
• Deep experience with database design, API development, and cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Vercel, Google Cloud).
• Proven track record of building and maintaining production e-commerce or subscription-based applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a small, fast-moving team.
• Passion for clean code, performance optimization, and user experience.
