Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Facebook Ads Specialist with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in lead generation campaigns. The ideal candidate understands how to plan, launch, optimize, and scale high-performing campaigns that consistently deliver qualified leads at target costs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage Facebook (Meta) ad campaigns focused on lead generation
  • Build and test audiences (cold, warm, retargeting) using best practices
  • Develop and execute A/B tests (creatives, copy, landing pages, funnels)
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on data (CPL, CTR, conversion rates, ROAS)
  • Work closely with creative and marketing teams to produce high-converting ad creatives
  • Set up and manage tracking (Meta Pixel, conversions API, events)
  • Analyze funnel performance and identify opportunities to improve lead quality and volume
  • Scale winning campaigns while maintaining efficiency

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of proven experience running Facebook/Meta ads
  • Strong experience specifically with lead generation campaigns (forms, landing pages, funnels)
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving consistent, cost-effective results
  • Solid understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign structure
  • Experience with analytics tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Strong communication and reporting skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience with CRM systems and lead nurturing workflows
  • Knowledge of copywriting for direct response ads
  • Experience with other paid channels (Google Ads, TikTok Ads)
  • Familiarity with automation tools and Zapier integrations
