Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Ads Manager with a strong background in lead generation. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns that consistently generate high-quality leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies aligned with business goals
  • Optimize campaigns based on performance data (CPL, conversion rate, ROAS)
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance
  • Collaborate with design and copy teams to improve ad creatives
  • Manage budgets efficiently and scale winning campaigns

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in paid ads with a focus on lead generation
  • Proven track record of generating qualified leads (must be able to show results)
  • Strong understanding of ad platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
  • Experience with tracking tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, pixels)
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead funnels
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of campaigns

Nice to Have

  • Experience with landing page optimization
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools
  • Experience in B2B and/or high-ticket lead generation
