About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Ads Manager with a strong background in lead generation. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns that consistently generate high-quality leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies aligned with business goals
- Optimize campaigns based on performance data (CPL, conversion rate, ROAS)
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance
- Collaborate with design and copy teams to improve ad creatives
- Manage budgets efficiently and scale winning campaigns
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in paid ads with a focus on lead generation
- Proven track record of generating qualified leads (must be able to show results)
- Strong understanding of ad platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Experience with tracking tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, pixels)
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead funnels
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of campaigns
Nice to Have
- Experience with landing page optimization
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools
- Experience in B2B and/or high-ticket lead generation
