Job Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented Facebook Ads Operations Assistant to support the daily setup and launch of advertising campaigns.

This is a process-driven role focused on campaign execution rather than strategy. You'll work inside Facebook Business Manager and Ads Manager, following established procedures to build, review, and launch campaigns accurately and efficiently.

The ideal candidate has real hands-on experience working within Facebook's advertising platform and understands campaign structures, ad sets, audiences, placements, budgets, and creative uploads.

What You'll Be Doing

Your primary responsibility will be launching Facebook advertising campaigns based on documented instructions and internal processes.

This includes:

  • Building campaigns, ad sets, and advertisements inside Facebook Ads Manager
  • Configuring objectives, budgets, audiences, placements, and targeting settings
  • Uploading and organizing creative assets and ad copy
  • Following established campaign launch procedures step by step
  • Conducting pre-launch quality assurance and compliance checks
  • Identifying setup errors, policy concerns, or technical issues before launch
  • Escalating blockers and account issues to management when necessary

Because this role directly impacts advertising account performance, accuracy and attention to detail are critical.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in the following areas will be highly regarded:

  • Facebook Business Manager and Ads Manager
  • Performance marketing or paid social advertising
  • Affiliate marketing
  • Search arbitrage
  • Campaign tracking and attribution platforms
  • Other paid traffic channels such as TikTok, native advertising platforms, or similar media buying environments
  • Creative asset management for advertising campaigns

What We're Looking For

You should be comfortable working inside Facebook's advertising ecosystem and have previous experience launching or managing campaigns.

Strong English communication skills, the ability to follow written processes, and a reliable remote work environment are essential.

This role is best suited for someone who enjoys structured work, pays close attention to details, and can consistently execute campaigns without introducing errors.
