Job Description

We are a B2B SaaS company selling software solutions to businesses. Our Facebook advertising focuses on generating qualified leads for demos and trials from our target business audience.

You will manage our Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns with the primary goal of lead generation. This includes creating and optimizing campaigns that drive demo requests, free trial sign-ups, and qualified leads for our sales team.

Your responsibilities include campaign strategy development, audience targeting and testing, ad creative development coordination, budget management, and performance optimization. You will work with a monthly ad budget exceeding $10,000 USD.

You need experience with B2B lead generation on Facebook, understanding of conversion tracking for lead forms, and ability to optimize campaigns for cost-per-lead and lead quality. Experience with LinkedIn advertising integration is beneficial.

This role requires analyzing campaign performance data, making data-driven optimizations, and collaborating with our marketing and sales teams to ensure lead quality and conversion rates meet business objectives.
