Job Description
Real estate investment operation running wholesaling, novations, wholetailing, and direct-to-seller cash purchases. Daily leads are provided. The CRM is fully built out. Training and tools are in place. What the team needs now is someone who can actually close.
The work is simple in theory — call motivated sellers, build rapport fast, lock in contracts. In practice it takes discipline, persistence, and a thick skin. The people who thrive here treat every lead as a real opportunity, stay relentless on follow-up, and take full ownership of their numbers. No excuses, no ghosting, no blaming the pipeline.
You need real acquisitions or sales experience — talking to sellers, handling objections, and closing. CRM discipline is non-negotiable: every contact logged, every callback scheduled, nothing falling through the cracks. Full-time availability means 40 hours a week, every week, without connectivity or reliability issues.
