Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Facebook Ads Marketer with at least 3 years of experience to join our team. You aren’t just a "button pusher"—you are a strategist who understands the intersection of digital psychology and physical foot traffic.

Your primary mission will be to design and manage high-converting ad campaigns that drive users through custom landing pages and ultimately into physical locations (clinics, studios, retail, etc.) via appointments or bookings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full-Funnel Management: Build, launch, and optimize Meta ad campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) specifically targeting location-based conversions.
  • Landing Page Strategy: Develop and iterate on high-performing landing pages. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the "click-to-lead" journey is seamless.
  • Local Awareness & Reach: Utilize geo-fencing and local targeting to ensure we are dominating the specific radius around our physical sites.
  • Appointment Flow Optimization: Manage the integration between ads, landing pages, and booking software (e.g., Calendly, Acuity, or proprietary CRM).
  • Data Analysis: Monitor KPIs such as Cost Per Lead (CPL), Cost Per Show-up, and ROAS. You should be comfortable explaining why a campaign is winning or losing.
  • Creative Direction: Brief design teams on high-converting static and video assets based on performance data.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 3+ Years in Meta Ads: A proven track record of managing monthly spends of at least $5k–$10k+.
  • Offline Conversions: Deep understanding of tracking "offline events" to attribute physical visits back to digital spend.
  • Landing Page Mastery: Experience with tools like Unbounce, Leadpages, or ClickFunnels, with a focus on CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
  • Technical Savvy: Expert knowledge of the Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), and GA4.
Local SEO/Map Knowledge: Familiarity with how social ads interact with Google Business Profiles is a major plus.

Test will be given to relevant candidates to check your expertise with FB ads. 

The base salary is 1500$ + bonuses per performance. Most of your revenue will come from the bonuses.
