Job Description
When you're running a startup, the gap between what needs to happen and what actually gets done can quietly derail everything. This role exists to close that gap.
As Executive Assistant to the Founder, you'll be the operational layer that keeps things on track. That means managing the founder's calendar and structuring each day around the right priorities, coordinating across internal teams to keep projects moving, preparing meeting agendas and follow-up notes, tracking KPIs and flagging when something needs attention, and making sure nothing important gets lost in the noise of a fast-moving startup. You'll often be the first to know what's happening across the business — and the first to act on it.
- Prior experience supporting a founder, C-level executive, or senior leader in a startup environment
- Strong organizational skills — you manage competing priorities without dropping the ball
- Comfortable working in tools like Notion or ClickUp for task tracking and internal documentation
- Excellent written communication — you'll draft messages and documents that represent the founder
- Proactive by default, not reactive — you anticipate what's needed before being asked
- Available and reliable during EU business hours
