Job Description

I am the founder of a fintech startup that just closed our Series A. Things are moving incredibly fast - investor meetings, customer calls, team growth, product launches. I need someone who can be my right hand and keep my world organized so I can focus on building the company.

This is not your typical schedule some meetings EA role. You will be deeply embedded in how I operate. Managing my calendar is just the baseline - I need someone who understands priorities, can make judgment calls on my behalf, and stays two steps ahead.

Here is what that actually looks like:

1. Own my calendar completely. You decide what meetings I take, which ones you decline politely, and how my time gets allocated. You know when to block focus time and when to stack calls back-to-back.

2. Inbox zero. You will manage my email - respond to what you can handle, flag what needs my attention, archive the rest. Draft replies in my voice for approvals and partnerships.

3. Travel coordination. Book flights, hotels, ground transport for investor trips and conferences. Handle itinerary changes when plans shift last minute (which they always do).

4. Meeting prep. Pull together briefing docs before important calls. Make sure I have context on who I am talking to and what we need to accomplish.

5. Project tracking. Keep tabs on key initiatives I am driving. Follow up with team members when I forget. Remind me about deadlines before they sneak up.

6. Gatekeeping. Filter requests for my time. Know when to say no on my behalf. Protect my schedule from getting overloaded.

What I need from you:

Must have 3+ years supporting founders, executives, or senior leaders in fast-paced environments. You have seen how startups operate and you do not get flustered when priorities change hourly.

Exceptional written communication. You will be emailing investors, customers, and partners on my behalf - your writing needs to be clear, professional, and polished.

Proactive problem solver. I do not want to micromanage. If something needs doing, you figure it out and make it happen.

Tech savvy. Comfortable with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and picking up new tools quickly.

Fluent English is non-negotiable. Bonus if you have fintech or SaaS experience and understand the startup world.
