Job Description

A founder running a fast-growing company needs an Executive Assistant who can take the operational load off the calendar and inbox so they can focus on what actually moves the business. This is a high-trust, high-access role for someone who is organized by default, communicates clearly, and doesn't need to be told the same thing twice.

What this covers day to day

  • Calendar management — scheduling meetings, protecting focus time, resolving conflicts, and making sure the founder is always prepared for what's next
  • Inbox management — triaging email, drafting responses for review, following up on open threads, and flagging anything time-sensitive
  • Travel coordination — booking flights, hotels, and ground transport; building detailed itineraries; handling last-minute changes without drama
  • Research and briefing — pulling together background on people, companies, or topics ahead of important meetings or decisions
  • Project coordination — tracking action items from meetings, following up with team members, and making sure things don't stall
  • Occasional personal tasks — scheduling, gift coordination, and miscellaneous admin as needed

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years as an executive or personal assistant supporting a founder, C-suite executive, or senior leader
  • Exceptional written English — you'll communicate on behalf of the founder and the quality of that communication reflects on them
  • Proactive by nature — you surface and handle problems before they reach the founder's attention
  • Discreet and trustworthy — this role involves access to sensitive communications and business information
  • US timezone required for real-time responsiveness during business hours
