Etsy Shop Assistant

Running a growing Etsy shop solo gets overwhelming fast — especially when orders are coming in and customer messages pile up. Im bringing someone on to handle the day-to-day so nothing slips.

• Monitor and process incoming orders, making sure each one is tracked and moving correctly
• Respond to customer messages promptly and professionally
• Handle issues, complaints, or delays before they turn into negative reviews
• Keep product listings accurate, updated, and optimized
• Flag anything unusual to the owner so nothing catches them off guard

Im handleing all production and shipping — your job is to keep everything around that running cleanly. We need someone familiar with how Etsy works, comfortable with customer-facing communication, and detail-oriented enough to catch problems early.

Prior Etsy experience is a strong advantage. If you've helped manage a shop before — even your own — I'd like to hear about it.
