Job Description
We’re looking for someone who understands how Etsy actually works—not just uploading products, but making them rank and sell.
This role is focused entirely on improving product visibility and conversions through better listings.
What you’ll be working on:
Researching keywords that bring traffic inside Etsy
Writing and optimizing titles, tags, and descriptions
Improving existing listings that aren’t performing
Uploading new products and keeping the shop organized
What you should already know:
How Etsy SEO works (search + ranking factors)
How to write listings that convert—not just describe
How to spot underperforming listings and fix them
This role requires:
Strong attention to detail
Consistency in optimization work
Understanding of what drives clicks and sales
Goal:
More visibility → more clicks → more sales
