Email Marketing Specialist

About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven Email Marketing Specialist to manage and scale our Shopify store’s email marketing efforts. Your primary focus will be on building, optimizing, and scaling campaigns and flows using Klaviyo to drive revenue and customer retention.

This is a performance-focused role. We want someone who understands eCommerce, knows how to turn email into a revenue channel, and can take ownership of the entire email marketing system.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns in Klaviyo
• Build and improve automated flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, etc.)
• Segment audiences for targeted campaigns and personalization
• Analyze performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversion, revenue)
• A/B test subject lines, creatives, and offers
• Collaborate on promotions, launches, and seasonal campaigns
• Ensure email deliverability and list health
• Drive repeat purchases and customer lifetime value

Requirements:

• Proven experience with email marketing for Shopify stores
• Strong hands-on experience with Klaviyo (flows, campaigns, segmentation)
• Understanding of eCommerce customer journeys and retention strategies
• Ability to write high-converting email copy
• Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing campaign performance
• Familiarity with Shopify ecosystem and integrations
• Ability to work independently and execute consistently

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience scaling email revenue for eCommerce brands
• Basic design skills (Figma, Canva, or similar)
• Experience with deliverability best practices
