Job Description

What we need:

  • 2+ years running Klaviyo for an e-commerce brand — flows, campaigns, segmentation, and deliverability
  • Ability to write email copy yourself — subject lines, body, CTAs — no separate copywriter on the team
  • US timezone overlap for campaign coordination
  • Comfortable owning your own reporting without a separate analyst

What you'll do:

  1. Audit the current Klaviyo setup — flows, list health, deliverability — and fix what's broken
  2. Build out missing core flows: welcome series, browse and cart abandonment, post-purchase, win-back
  3. Run the weekly campaign calendar — copy, basic design, scheduling, and send
  4. Own A/B testing across subject lines, timing, and content — every experiment documented
  5. Report weekly on open rates, click rates, revenue attribution, and list growth

Mailchimp experience is a plus. We have an engaged list that isn't being worked properly — the upside for the right person is real.
