Job Description

Have you built a welcome flow from scratch and watched it outperform a brand's entire campaign calendar? Do you know what a 40% open rate actually means versus what it looks like in a bad month? Can you look at a Klaviyo account and immediately spot what's broken?

We're an e-commerce brand with a growing list and underperforming email. We need someone who can audit what we have, fix what's broken, and build a program that actually drives revenue.

  • Audit existing Klaviyo flows and campaigns — identify gaps, underperformers, and quick wins
  • Build and optimize core flows: welcome series, abandonment, post-purchase, and win-back
  • Plan and execute the weekly campaign calendar, including copywriting and basic design
  • Run A/B tests on subject lines, send times, and content — document what moves the needle
  • Report on deliverability, open rates, click rates, and attributed revenue weekly

Klaviyo is required. Mailchimp experience is a plus. You should be comfortable writing email copy yourself — we're not a big enough team to have a separate copywriter. US timezone overlap required for campaign coordination.
