Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing Account Manager to oversee and optimize a portfolio of client accounts.

This role is ideal for someone who understands email marketing strategy, customer lifecycle management, deliverability, segmentation, and performance optimization. You will be responsible for managing multiple client accounts, improving campaign performance, and driving measurable business results through email marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboard new clients and guide them through the initial setup and implementation process
  • Develop and optimize email marketing strategies across multiple accounts
  • Improve automated workflows, customer journeys, segmentation, and campaign performance
  • Create and manage high-converting email campaigns
  • Monitor account health, including deliverability, engagement metrics, list quality, and automation performance
  • Analyze account data and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients regarding strategy, performance, and next steps
  • Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining high standards of service

Requirements

  • At least two years of hands-on email marketing experience
  • Strong understanding of email marketing platforms and automation systems
  • Excellent email design and layout skills, with the ability to create visually appealing and conversion-focused campaigns
  • Experience with segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and customer retention strategies
  • Ability to interpret performance data and make informed optimization decisions
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
