Job Description

We are building a fast growing private sales organization helping individuals and families find better, more affordable private coverage solutions outside of traditional employer based options.


We are hiring a driven Appointment Setter & Personal Assistant to join the core team. This is a performance based, high accountability role with real opportunity for income growth, bonuses, prizes, and long term advancement.

What You Do



You are the front line of the business.


Your job is to generate conversations, build trust, and consistently set high quality appointments.


You will:


  • Make high volume outbound calls using a dialer
  • Set multiple qualified appointments daily
  • Follow structured scripts while sounding natural and conversational
  • Make every person you speak with feel comfortable, respected, and in safe hands
  • Qualify and disqualify leads quickly and accurately
  • Follow up through calls, SMS, and email until resolution
  • Manage leads through CRM and text drip system
  • Respond to Facebook messages and comments
  • Turn interest into booked appointments

Pay Structure




Base Pay



  • Guaranteed base pay
  • Increases over time based on performance, consistency, and efficiency



Commission



  • 25 percent commission on deals from your appointments
  • 100 to 1000 dollars per deal potential
  • Paid weekly every Saturday



Bonuses and Incentives



  • Weekly performance bonuses
  • Cash bonuses for hitting production targets

  • Top performer cash prize up to $1500 based on production and efficiency





Language & Location



  • Must sound confident, natural, and professional over the phone
  • Every person you speak with should feel comfortable and like they are in safe hands
  • Fluent English is required
  • Spanish is a strong advantage and increases earning potential
  • You can be from any country, remote candidates are welcome
