Job Description

We are seeking experienced Ecommerce Store Managers to oversee and grow online marketplace stores across multiple ecommerce platforms.

This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for experienced operators who understand ecommerce operations, product sourcing, listing optimization, order fulfillment, customer service, account health management, and store growth strategies.

You will be responsible for managing multiple client stores using established systems, automation tools, standard operating procedures, and internal resources. The ideal candidate is highly reliable, proactive, and capable of managing day-to-day operations with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize ecommerce marketplace stores
  • Conduct product research and identify growth opportunities
  • Create and optimize product listings
  • Monitor store performance and marketplace account health
  • Coordinate order fulfillment and supplier relationships
  • Handle customer service inquiries and issue resolution
  • Track key performance metrics and implement improvements
  • Utilize automation tools, AI systems, and internal processes to improve efficiency
  • Provide regular updates on store performance and operational activities
  • Manage multiple client accounts while maintaining high service standards

Minimum Requirements

  • At least one year of experience managing or selling on major ecommerce marketplaces
  • Demonstrated history of generating sales through online marketplaces
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Product research
    • Marketplace selling strategies
    • Supplier-direct or dropshipping fulfillment models
    • Marketplace performance metrics and account health management
  • Strong written English communication skills
  • Fast response times and dependable follow-through
  • Stable internet connection
  • Ability to work consistently and provide regular progress updates
  • Comfortable using spreadsheets, browser-based tools, ecommerce software, automation platforms, and AI-powered systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing multiple ecommerce stores simultaneously
  • Familiarity with ecommerce automation workflows
  • Strong analytical skills and performance-driven decision-making
  • Experience scaling online marketplace stores
  • Knowledge of customer retention and operational efficiency strategies
