Ecommerce Operations Specialist

We are a well-established reseller of surf, skate, snow, outdoor apparel, and accessories—operating for years, not a private label brand. We are looking for a sharp, detail-driven Ecommerce Operations Specialist to take charge of our online marketplace channels and help us evolve how we work.
Your main focus will be Amazon Seller Central and eBay Seller Hub. Over time, you will also have the chance to streamline internal processes, leverage AI to eliminate repetitive work, and support our expansion into new sales platforms.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Amazon- Manage Seller Central—listings, catalog data, inventory accuracy, and issue resolution
eBay- Oversee Seller Hub—product updates, bulk uploads, and marketplace troubleshooting
Data- Work with spreadsheets (Excel and Google Sheets), manipulate CSV files, research and clean product data
Maintenance- Create and refresh listings, prepare inventory updates, help maintain accuracy across all channels
Room to Grow
Once you are settled, you will be encouraged to:- Document and refine existing workflows- Build AI-powered automations using ChatGPT and other tools- Reduce manual data entry and repetitive tasks- Develop customer service template libraries- Support Walmart Marketplace and TikTok Shop (experience is a plus, not required)
What We Are Looking For
Essential Skills- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central- Hands-on experience with eBay Seller Hub- Strong command of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets- Excellent written English- Meticulous organization and attention to detail- Ability to learn new software independently- Strong problem-solving mindset
Bonus Skills- Shopify- Walmart Marketplace or TikTok Shop- Helium 10, Keepa, or PriceChecker2- Sellerboard- Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools- Practical experience with AI tools like ChatGPT
