Job Description

We are a performance-driven ecommerce brand with a focus on sustained growth. Our success is built on data-informed creative that converts. We need a dedicated Graphic Designer to join our team and own the visual execution of our paid advertising across key channels.

Your primary focus will be creating a high volume of compelling ad creatives for Meta and Google Ads. You will translate marketing briefs and performance data into visuals that stop the scroll and drive clicks. You will also produce supporting graphics for our website, email campaigns, and other marketing materials as needed. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to iterate on designs based on performance metrics. You will manage multiple projects and adhere to a fast-paced production schedule for new product launches and promotions. You will maintain and evolve our visual brand identity across all advertising touchpoints.

This is not a junior role. We require proven experience designing for ecommerce brands or a performance marketing agency. You must have a strong portfolio showcasing high-converting ad creative for paid social and search. Advanced, professional proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is mandatory. You need a solid understanding of design fundamentals tailored for digital performance marketing. The ability to work quickly, take constructive feedback, and iterate based on data is essential for success in this role.
