Job Description
Our powersports catalog spans motocross, dirt bikes, ATVs, UTVs, street motorcycles, personal watercraft, and snowmobiles — and we need someone who can run the eBay and Amazon side of that business day to day.
This means owning customer communication, keeping the product catalog clean and well-organized, making sure listings meet marketplace standards, and generally being the person responsible for how customers experience our stores on both platforms.
You'll be a strong fit if you're highly organized, know your way around how eBay and Amazon actually work behind the scenes, and don't get overwhelmed managing a large, detailed catalog of parts, gear, and accessories.
On the customer and catalog side, you'll: Handle customer questions and order concerns quickly and professionally, keeping satisfaction and feedback scores high. You'll create and optimize listings — titles, descriptions, images, item specifics, fitment data — and keep everything properly categorized. Part of the job is catching problems before they become bigger ones: duplicate listings, incomplete data, miscategorized products.
On the operations side, you'll: Keep an eye on inventory, pricing, order status, cancellations, returns, and refunds. When cases or claims come in, you'll handle them and protect our account health along the way. Staying current with eBay and Amazon policy is part of the job, not an afterthought — as is spotting opportunities to boost visibility, conversion, and sales.
You'll also work closely with our internal team to keep the catalog accurate and build genuine familiarity with the products across all the powersports categories we sell in.
What you bring to the table:
Hands-on experience running an eBay or Amazon seller account is a must, along with a real understanding of listings, categories, item specifics, and how seller performance metrics work. You should write clearly, handle customers well, and have the kind of attention to detail that catches what others miss. Comfort with Excel or Google Sheets (or similar catalog tools) is expected, and you should be someone who can manage competing priorities independently without needing constant direction.
It's a bonus if you have:
Background selling powersports, automotive, motorcycle, or aftermarket parts; familiarity with fitment data; direct experience in Amazon Seller Central and eBay Seller Hub; a track record handling returns, claims, and disputes; experience optimizing listings for search and conversion; or exposure to multichannel inventory management tools.
How we'll know it's working:
Customers get fast, professional support. Listings are clean, accurate, and easy to find. Our seller ratings and account health stay strong. Returns and issues get resolved efficiently, catalog errors shrink, and sales and conversion trend upward across both platforms.
If you take ownership, genuinely care about the customer, and want to help build the best powersports shopping experience on eBay and Amazon, we'd like to hear from you.
