Company

Established Australian fashion retailer operating men's and women's stores and stocking well-known brands. We're hiring a remote coordinator to strengthen our online presence and increase online sales.

Role Overview
You'll manage our social media content, keep our online store accurate and appealing, and support email marketing. The role suits someone with a strong sense of fashion and design who can work independently and follow an established brand style.

Responsibilities

Social Media

  • Plan weekly and monthly content calendars.
  • Produce Canva graphics, edit Reels and short videos, and write captions.
  • Promote new arrivals, featured brands, sales, and events.
  • Schedule posts via Meta Business Suite.
  • Reply to comments and messages.
  • Track post performance and report on engagement.

Online Store

  • Add new products with descriptions, pricing, sizes, colours, and images.
  • Remove or update sold-out and discontinued items.
  • Create and update banners and sale or promotional collections.
  • Optimize product descriptions for SEO.
  • Regularly check the website for errors.

Email & Marketing

  • Assist with email campaigns and promotional graphics.
  • Apply basic SEO practices.
  • Support Meta/Facebook advertising (if experienced).
  • Submit a short weekly performance report.

Requirements

  • Experience with Canva, Instagram, Facebook, and Meta Business Suite.
  • Reels and video editing skills.
  • E-commerce experience, including product uploading (state platforms used).
  • Knowledge of email marketing and basic SEO.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel.
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT.
  • Strong written and spoken English.
  • Excellent attention to detail, reliability, and organization.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently.

Preferred

  • Experience with a fashion, clothing, footwear, or lifestyle retailer.

Hours & Terms

  • Part-time, approximately 10–20 hours per week.
  • 4-week paid trial period.
  • Potential for increased hours and responsibility.
  • Long-term position.
