Job Description

We are a high-growth consumer goods brand operating a dual-channel strategy: a flagship Shopify store and a high-volume Amazon FBA presence. We specialize in fitness equipment, focusing on premium quality and exceptional customer experiences.

We need a sharp, organized E-commerce Product Manager to bridge the gap between our supply chain and our digital storefronts. You will be the "owner" of our product catalog, ensuring that our listings are optimized for search, our inventory is balanced across channels, and our operations are scalable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Dual-Channel Listing Management: Create and maintain high-converting product pages on Shopify and Amazon. This includes SEO-optimizing titles, backend keywords, and A+ Content/Description fields.
  • Inventory & Logistics Triage: Monitor stock levels daily. Coordinate with our 3PL for Shopify orders and manage "Send/Replenish" shipments to Amazon FBA to avoid stockouts or storage overages.
  • Promotion Execution: Set up discount codes on Shopify and manage "Lightning Deals" or "Coupons" on Amazon Seller Central in sync with our marketing calendar.
  • Performance Tracking: Audit listings for "buy box" health, resolve suppressed listings on Amazon, and monitor customer reviews for product improvement insights.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing both Shopify and Amazon Seller Central.
  • Understanding of Amazon’s algorithm (A9) and Shopify’s app ecosystem.
  • Strong analytical skills—you should be comfortable with spreadsheets and inventory forecasting.
