Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Specialist to handle the daily administration, order fulfillment, and customer support for a growing Shopify store. This is a fully remote role focused on ensuring a seamless experience for our international customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shopify Administration: Manage product listings, update inventory levels, and ensure the storefront is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Order Fulfillment: Process and oversee daily orders, ensuring they are sent to the correct fulfillment partners and tracking numbers are properly synchronized.
  • Customer Support: Handle incoming inquiries via email/chat regarding order status, shipping updates, and general product questions with a professional and helpful tone.
  • Problem Solving: Proactively resolve issues with stuck orders, shipping delays, or inventory discrepancies.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years of direct experience working with Shopify stores.
  • International Exposure: Proven track record of supporting international clients (specifically US/UK/EU markets).
  • Technical Skills: Deep understanding of the Shopify backend, order management systems, and fulfillment apps.
  • Communication: Excellent written English skills for professional customer interaction.
  • Reliability: Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
