Job Description

We run a multi-channel e-commerce operation across Shopify, Amazon, and other marketplaces. As order volume and catalog size have grown, we need someone who can hold all the operational threads together — inventory, fulfillment, listings, and channel health.

This is a full ownership role. You'll be the person who knows what's in stock, what's moving, what's running low, and what needs attention before it becomes a problem. The team is distributed globally, so we're open to any timezone.

  • Manage inventory levels across Shopify and Amazon Seller Central, coordinating restocks with suppliers
  • Maintain and optimize product listings — titles, descriptions, images, and pricing — across all channels
  • Oversee order fulfillment workflows, track shipments, and resolve exceptions
  • Monitor marketplace health metrics and address issues proactively
  • Build and maintain SOPs for recurring operational tasks

You should have hands-on experience with Amazon FBA, know your way around Seller Central, and be comfortable working independently inside Shopify. Strong English communication is required.
