E-commerce Operations Manager

Our growing storefront needs an Operations Manager to handle the day-to-day backend and supply chain logistics. You will be the central point of contact between our suppliers, our warehouse, and our customer service team. This role requires a high degree of "operational empathy"—you need to see how a delay in shipping affects every other part of the business and act before it becomes a crisis.

Main responsibilities include managing inventory levels to prevent stockouts, coordinating bulk shipments from overseas, and overseeing the Shopify product catalog. You will be responsible for ensuring all product descriptions, pricing, and tags are updated and SEO-compliant. We expect you to monitor the "Health" of the store daily and report on key metrics like refund rates and fulfillment times. Experience with Shopify and inventory planning software is required.
