Job Description

A typical day starts with checking overnight orders and customer messages. You'll help someone choose the right size for our new collection, then assist another customer with tracking their package. By lunch, you might be processing a return and explaining our fabric care instructions to someone.

We need someone who genuinely enjoys helping people. When a customer is frustrated about a delayed shipment, you'll be the calm voice that turns their experience around. When someone can't decide between two colors, you'll offer honest advice that makes them feel confident in their choice.

This isn't just about answering tickets - it's about being the human connection between our brand and the people who wear our clothes.
