Job Description

We are a growing e-commerce brand. We sell products that people love, and now we need someone who loves helping those customers to join our team.

Your role is to be the friendly, helpful voice of our brand. Customers will email you with questions about their orders, shipping, returns, or products. You'll be the one looking up their tracking number, checking inventory, explaining our policies, and making sure they leave the conversation happy. You won't just answer emails—you'll proactively solve problems before they get bigger.

We need someone who is naturally helpful and can write clear, warm emails. Experience with e-commerce support (Shopify, Gorgias, Zendesk) is a big plus. You should be organized, able to juggle multiple conversations, and have a genuine desire to turn a frustrated customer into a loyal one. You can work from anywhere, as long as you're reliable and get your work done.
