E-Commerce Accountant

We're looking for an experienced accountant to take ownership of the day-to-day bookkeeping for a growing e-commerce business.

This is a full-time, long-term position for someone who enjoys working with numbers, maintaining accurate financial records, and building organized accounting systems that can scale alongside the business.

Daily Responsibilities

You'll be responsible for keeping the company's financial records complete, accurate, and audit-ready by:

• Collecting invoices and receipts from advertising platforms and e-commerce systems

• Recording and categorizing business transactions

• Reconciling bank accounts and credit card statements

• Tracking income and expenses across multiple accounts

• Managing bookkeeping for transactions in multiple currencies

• Maintaining well-organized financial documentation for external accounting review

What Makes You a Strong Fit

You have previous bookkeeping or accounting experience supporting e-commerce businesses and understand the financial workflows behind online stores.

You're comfortable handling large volumes of transactions while maintaining accuracy and consistency.

You enjoy creating organized systems that make monthly reporting and year-end accounting straightforward.
