DTC Fitness Equipment Brand

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Ecommerce Virtual Assistant to support our growing direct-to-consumer fitness equipment brand. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day operations, customer interactions, and marketing support, allowing our team to focus on product development and strategic growth.​

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Support

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and social media within 24 hours
• Handle pre-sale questions about product specifications, sizing, and compatibility
• Process returns, exchanges, and warranty claims professionally
• Provide exceptional customer service to maintain high satisfaction ratings​

Order & Inventory Management

• Process and track orders through fulfillment
• Monitor inventory levels and alert management when stock is low
• Coordinate with suppliers and dropshipping partners for timely delivery​
• Update product availability across all sales channels

Product Listing Management

• Create and optimize product descriptions with SEO keywords for fitness equipment
• Upload high-quality product images and specification sheets​
• Update pricing, promotions, and product variations on Shopify/WooCommerce​
• Ensure accurate product details including weight capacities, dimensions, and assembly requirements
  
  

  Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Platform Expertise: Proficiency with Shopify​
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills​
  • Organization: Strong time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously​
