I am looking for an experienced DM Nurture Specialist to join our team.
We are a fitness coaching company that helps people go from good to great. Drop fat quickly, build muscle, and teach them how to maintain it for life.
You'll be the link between a lead booking a call and that call actually happening — keeping leads warm, confirmed, and ready to show up, while working closely with our closer team.
You'll also get:-Personal fitness coaching for yourself and full access to the program-The opportunity to work remotely-Be part of a fast-growing, impact driven, high performance team and culture
A few requirements though…
Highly organized and comfortable working across spreadsheets and CRMs (Crms are a nice to have)
EXCEPTIONAL English is a must, both written and verbal
Be proactive, love feedback, and want to grow personally and professionally
Hold your own fitness to a high standard
Previous experience in client success, sales support, or lead management is ideal but not required
