Job Description
High-volume real estate investment operation closing deals nationwide. This is a dispositions role for someone who already understands how deals get done — taking signed contracts all the way to cash in the bank.
Not an entry-level position. If you haven't handled real estate transactions before, this isn't for you. The team moves fast and needs someone who can step in immediately, manage multiple active deals at once, and keep closings on track without being managed.
You'll own the disposition pipeline from contract to close — coordinating with buyers, title companies, and sellers, managing timelines and paperwork, and handling everything that threatens to derail a deal: title issues, buyer negotiations, inspection requests, delays, and last-minute cancellations. You'll work directly with acquisitions on deal handoffs and keep all parties aligned until the wire hits.
What you need:- Real experience in real estate dispositions or transaction coordination — actual closings, not just familiarity
- Strong understanding of U.S. real estate closings end to end
- Extremely organized — multiple deals, multiple moving parts, nothing falling through
- Fast problem-solving under pressure — deals don't wait
- Strong written and verbal communication across all parties
