Job Description

Drive Scalable Growth for a DTC E-commerce Brand

We are a high-growth direct-to-consumer e-commerce brand with a portfolio of winning products. Our success is built on data-driven customer acquisition. We are seeking a senior Digital Marketing Manager to own our paid social strategy, with a relentless focus on scaling our Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising profitably. You will be directly responsible for the marketing budget that fuels our revenue growth.

Core Strategic Responsibilities

You will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of our primary customer acquisition channel.

  • Develop and execute the overarching paid social media strategy across Meta platforms to achieve target ROAS and CAC goals.
  • Manage a significant monthly advertising budget, allocating spend across campaigns, ad sets, and creatives based on performance data.
  • Lead creative testing frameworks in collaboration with designers: test new hooks, formats, and messaging to break through ad fatigue and lower CPAs.
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis on campaign performance, audience insights, and funnel metrics to identify opportunities for scaling and efficiency gains.
  • Build and maintain sophisticated tracking (via Pixel, CAPI, and MMPs) to ensure accurate attribution and reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with the Financial Controller to align marketing spend with budgetary forecasts and provide clear ROI reporting.
  • Stay ahead of platform updates, emerging trends, and new ad formats to keep our strategy at the cutting edge.

Required Expertise & Track Record

  • Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience managing six and seven-figure monthly Meta ad budgets specifically for e-commerce or DTC brands.
  • A proven portfolio of scaling profitable user acquisition campaigns from low to high volume while maintaining or improving efficiency.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Business Suite, and relevant third-party analytics/bidding tools.
  • Deep understanding of e-commerce KPIs: ROAS, CPA, LTV, and how paid media influences the full customer journey.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data (in platforms, Google Analytics, etc.) to make swift, confident optimization decisions.
  • Experience building and leading a roadmap of creative tests and working with designers to produce high-converting assets.
  • Excellent communication skills to present performance, strategy, and needs to cross-functional leadership.
