Digital Marketing & Kajabi Specialist

We're looking for an experienced Digital Marketing & Kajabi Specialist to help manage and improve our online marketing systems. This is a long-term remote opportunity for someone who enjoys building funnels, organizing marketing operations, and creating seamless customer experiences.

What You'll Be Working On

This role combines digital marketing, platform management, email marketing, and content publishing. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining Kajabi assets, supporting marketing campaigns, managing website updates, publishing content across multiple platforms, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Your work may include:

• Building and maintaining Kajabi funnels, landing pages, products, automations, and course content
• Creating email sequences, newsletters, broadcasts, and audience segmentation
• Updating website pages, blogs, downloads, and other digital content
• Publishing and organizing content across YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram
• Assisting with Meta advertising setup, tracking, and campaign support
• Managing marketing assets, SOPs, project boards, and workflow documentation
• Testing pages, links, automations, and customer journeys before launch

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple marketing systems independently.

Ideal candidates will have:

• At least 2 years of hands-on Kajabi experience
• Experience building complete marketing funnels and email automations
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and basic Facebook Ads management
• Experience publishing and optimizing YouTube content
• Excellent written English
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Reliable internet and the ability to work independently

Experience with AI tools, Canva, CapCut, Zapier, Google Workspace, Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, SEO, or similar marketing platforms is a plus.
