We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Remote Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining company data in digital databases and systems. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities • Enter, update, and verify data in company databases and spreadsheets • Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct them promptly • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information • Organize and manage digital files and records • Prepare reports and summaries as needed • Communicate with team members regarding data-related issues • Meet daily and weekly productivity targets • Perform general administrative support tasks when required
Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent • Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word • Strong typing skills with high accuracy • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively • Reliable internet connection and personal computer/laptop • Good written and verbal communication skills
