Data Analyst

We're an online platform with a growing user base and more data than we currently know what to do with. Most decisions still get made on intuition. We want to change that.

You'll be the first dedicated data hire on the team — building reports, connecting data sources, and helping the business actually understand what the numbers are saying. The team is globally distributed, so we're open to any timezone.

1. Build and maintain dashboards in Tableau that give the team real-time visibility into key metrics
2. Write SQL queries to extract, clean, and analyze data from our database
3. Use Python (Pandas and NumPy) for deeper analysis and data manipulation where needed
4. Translate findings into clear, non-technical summaries for stakeholders
5. Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities the business hasn't spotted yet

You should be solid in SQL and comfortable building reports that non-technical people can actually use. Prior experience in a startup or e-commerce environment is a plus. English fluency required.
