Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and proactive **Customer Support Specialist** to manage all incoming customer inquiries via email and live chat. This is a fully remote, entry-level position designed to provide continuous global coverage, meaning candidates must be comfortable working a full-time 8-hour shift that fits any timezone (US, EU, or Asia).

Role Overview and Core Duties

  • Provide polite, accurate, and timely resolutions to customer questions via Zendesk email and live chat channels.
  • Log, track, and follow up on customer issues to ensure high levels of service satisfaction and first contact resolution.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base and contribute to the improvement of support documentation.
  • Execute routine administrative tasks related to customer accounts, including careful data entry and record management.
  • Proactively communicate system outages, known issues, and updates to the customer base when necessary.

Required Technical Skills & Experience

Successful candidates will possess prior experience in a customer-facing role, particularly with digital support tools. Strong organizational skills, including professional email management, are mandatory. Experience with Zendesk is highly preferred.

Logistics and Compensation

This is a full-time position requiring 8 hours of work daily, Monday through Friday. The monthly compensation for this role ranges from $800 to $1,200 USD, depending on demonstrated experience and commitment.
