Role Overview As a Customer Success Representative, you are not just a support agent; you are a product expert and a consultant. Your mission is to ensure that every subscriber—from individual freelancers to large corporate teams—fully utilizes our platform to hit their business goals. You will be responsible for the "health" of our accounts, ensuring customers remain happy, active, and subscribed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Onboarding: Lead virtual walkthroughs for new subscribers to set up their initial workspace and projects.
  • Proactive Engagement: Analyze usage data to identify customers who aren't using key features and reach out with helpful tips or tutorials.
  • Account Troubleshooting: Handle high-priority inquiries regarding billing, integrations with third-party apps, and advanced feature settings.
  • Retention & Expansion: Identify opportunities for users to upgrade to higher-tier plans based on their growing team size or needs.
  • Voice of the Customer: Document recurring pain points to help our engineering team squash bugs and improve the user interface.
