Job Description

The most important part of our customer's journey is the first 30 days. We need an Onboarding Coordinator who is obsessed with helping people succeed. You will be the "friendly face" of the company, guiding new users through their account setup and making sure they hit their first "Aha!" moment as quickly as possible.

Your day will consist of reviewing new sign-ups, sending personalized welcome videos via Loom, and jumping on short screen-share sessions to solve technical hurdles. You'll also be responsible for creating and updating our Knowledge Base articles so that users can find answers themselves. We are looking for someone with exceptional written English, a patient teaching style, and enough technical curiosity to learn our software inside and out.
