Role Overview

We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding new customers, driving product adoption, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Onboard new clients and guide them through product setup
  • Understand customer goals and help them achieve desired outcomes
  • Monitor customer health and proactively address risks
  • Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and issues
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to improve the customer experience
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Gather customer feedback and advocate for product improvements

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively
  • Customer-first mindset with a proactive attitude

Nice to Have

  • Experience in SaaS or tech industry
  • Data-driven approach to customer management
  • Familiarity with customer success tools (e.g., Gainsight, Intercom)
