Job Description

About Our SaaS Platform: We help businesses optimize operations through our technology solution. Understanding user behavior during onboarding is critical to our growth and customer retention.

The Role: You will analyze onboarding success metrics to identify patterns in user activation. Your work will involve tracking key performance indicators, creating dashboards, and reporting on what drives successful onboarding. You will work closely with our onboarding specialists to provide data-driven insights that improve our processes.

Key Responsibilities: • Track and analyze user activation rates across different customer segments • Create and maintain dashboards showing onboarding funnel metrics • Identify drop-off points in the onboarding process through data analysis • Generate weekly reports on onboarding performance • Collaborate with the product team on data-informed improvements

Requirements: Strong analytical skills, experience with data visualization tools, and ability to translate data into actionable insights. Must work US business hours to align with our team.
