We're looking for someone who enjoys keeping operations organized while delivering excellent customer service. In this role, you'll become the central point of communication between customers and our field technicians, making sure every service request is handled efficiently from start to finish.
Rather than simply answering calls, you'll take ownership of the scheduling process—coordinating appointments, managing calendar changes, keeping customers informed, and ensuring technicians have all the information they need before each visit. You'll also maintain accurate service records, update our internal systems, and help resolve scheduling issues before they become problems.
Success in this position comes from staying organized, communicating clearly, and remaining calm when priorities change throughout the day.
We're looking for someone with previous experience in customer service, scheduling, dispatch, or office administration who is comfortable using online business tools such as Google Workspace or CRM platforms. Strong English communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are essential.
