Our mission is to be their most trusted partner. We're seeking a Customer Retention Manager to own our most important asset: our long-term client relationships. What You Will Do

You will be the strategic owner of the post-sale client journey, responsible for turning satisfied customers into loyal advocates.

  • Develop Retention Strategy: Design and execute programs focused on increasing renewal rates, client satisfaction, and account growth within our Texas builder network[citation:5].
  • Enable Client Success: Create sales playbooks, ROI calculators, and compelling case studies that help our sales team demonstrate ongoing value and secure renewals[citation:5].
  • Manage Strategic Engagement: Plan and oversee our presence at key Texas real estate trade shows and industry events, driving engagement before, during, and after[citation:5].
  • Analyze & Advocate: Track client health metrics, including Net Promoter Score (NPS), and analyze usage data to identify churn risk and upsell opportunities. Translate insights into action for our product and marketing teams[citation:5].
  • Strengthen Partnerships: Act as the primary business partner for a portfolio of key accounts, understanding their goals and ensuring our platform delivers measurable results[citation:5].

Who You Are

We need a proactive relationship-builder who understands the B2B sales cycle and the Texas real estate landscape.

  • You have 3+ years of experience in B2B customer success, account management, or retention marketing, ideally within real estate, proptech, or a related service industry[citation:5].
  • You are results-driven, with a proven track record of improving customer retention, satisfaction, or revenue growth from existing clients.
  • You possess excellent communication and storytelling skills, able to create compelling cases for continued partnership.
  • You are analytical, comfortable working with data to track KPIs and report on campaign performance to leadership[citation:5].
  • You are highly organized and skilled at managing multiple initiatives with cross-functional teams like Sales and Product[citation:5].

Compensation & Impact

This role offers a base salary of $700 per month, plus a significant performance-based bonus. Your bonus will be directly tied to achieving key outcomes such as renewal rate uplift, reduction in client churn, and growth in revenue from your managed accounts. This structure rewards you directly for the tangible value you create[citation:4][citation:5].
