Job Description

We build a tech solution that helps businesses optimize their operations. People sign up, but many don't get to the "aha" moment where they see the value. That's where you come in.

You'll be the first human connection for our new customers. You'll schedule and run short welcome calls, show them how to set up the core features for their specific needs, and answer their early questions. Your goal is to make sure they understand how to use the tool to solve their problem so they stick around and grow with us.

We need someone who loves explaining how things work. You should have experience with SaaS products, enjoy talking to customers on video calls, and be able to quickly identify what someone really needs. This isn't sales, but you'll help customers see the potential. You'll work from anywhere, and your performance bonuses will be tied to how many users you successfully activate.
